According to Aixam Mega, London Mayor Boris Johnson’s recently announced Electric Vehicle Delivery Plan is a highly positive step towards kick-starting the large-scale adoption of electric vehicles and boosting consumer confidence. AIXAM-MEGA Ltd acquired the assets of NICE after it went into administration in November and has confirmed that the terms of ownership for existing customers will remain unaffected, with warranties remaining intact. Aixam Mega welcomes Government support for ultra low-carbon vehicles(09/02/2009)
The recent announcement by Transport Secretary Geoff Hoon of £250m to encourage people to drive ultra low-carbon vehicles has been welcomed by electric vehicle manufacturer Aixam Mega, which took control of London electric vehicle dealership The NICE Car Company last month.
